PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order? 

You can pay via PayPal or by credit/debit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Is it safe to provide my bank, card or PayPal details? 

Payment by credit or debit card: The user must have a valid credit or debit card, where all the digits of the card number must be specified in the corresponding form. The transaction is formalised at the time of placing the order. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Only secure card payments are accepted where your identity as the cardholder is authenticated in accordance with the method established by your bank, via secure e-commerce ("Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode"). The order cannot be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorised by your bank or cashier.

The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) system is used, a payment system in a secure environment that allows the encryption of the information transmitted during the transaction, ensuring its confidentiality. 

PayPal: If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the official PayPal website where you can make the payment. Once the payment has been made correctly, your order will be finalised and an email will be sent with a summary of your purchase. By clicking on the "Back to website" button you will return to the website to view your order and print it.

PayPal automatically encrypts sensitive data using the most advanced technologies available on the market. PayPal has its own privacy policies and CAN CINEMATIKS SL is not responsible for them.

If paying by card, does the cardholder have to be the same person as the buyer?

No, it does not.

Can I use my passport instead of my National Identity Card?

You can use your passport, but if you are resident in Spain, we recommend that you use your National Identity Card.

Can I pay in instalments and is it possible to finance my purchase?

We do not offer financing or the possibility of paying in instalments.

 

  

SHIPPING  

How will I receive my order?

Orders are sent to all Spain except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla by Correos.

How long does it take from the time the order is placed until it is shipped?

Orders will be dispatched the same day if payment has been made before 11:00 a.m. (GMT +1) Monday to Friday; otherwise, they will be collected the next working day. On public holidays or weekends, orders will be dispatched next working day. It may happen that your order will be shipped the next working day, but in this case we will inform you via e-mail.

In the event that we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of the alternatives available.

Where will I receive my order package?

Your order will be sent to the address you provided as the delivery address during the registration process. If you detect an error in the address after submitting your order, please contact us as soon as possible, as changes made too late may incur an additional charge for which we cannot be held responsible. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic deliveries usually take 2 to 5 days to arrive. Please contact us if you need more information.

If I am not at the address indicated when the package with the order arrives, what will happen to the delivery?

After two attempts, with the respective notification left at the delivery address, the courier will send the package to the nearest branch of their offices for a period of time. If it has not been collected within the period of time specified in the failed delivery notification, the package will be returned to us or sent to a central warehouse where further costs will be charged depending on the time spent there, for which Aclam will not be held responsible. We keep track of deliveries, so we will notify you if we detect that a delivery attempt has been unsuccessful. 

Will I receive my tracking number?

We will send you a tracking number so that you can track your package within 24 hours of picking up your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is not the case and please check your spam folder, as these are automatic emails that your email service may detect as spam.

WARRANTY 

The object of the sale is warranted for a period of 1 year in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumers and Users RDL 1/2007 and Law 23/2003, of 10 July, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods. No commercial guarantees are provided. 

The products purchased under this contract are marketable, suitable for their intended uses, free from defects in raw materials, manufacture, assembly, workmanship and design, and therefore comply with the product specifications offered; 

The warranty is invalid if:

  • The warranty period has expired.
  • The warranty seal is broken or has been removed.
  • The product has been modified or repaired at an unauthorised service centre or by unauthorised personnel.
  • The product has been subjected to abuse or misuse that is not in accordance with the instructions in the product manual, or has been exposed to an environment more harsh than described in the manual or specifications.
  • The defect has been caused by a force majeure event such as natural disaster, flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, power failure or unexpected voltage changes.

 

 

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

In accordance with art. 68 and 101 and 102 of Law 1/2007 on Consumers and Users, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To this end, the buyer must send the notice of withdrawal to the seller's address, expressly specifying the goods that are the object of the sale, the date of the sale, the name of the buyer and the buyer's address. 

The aforementioned withdrawal right may only and exclusively be exercised when the goods that are the object of the sale are returned in perfect working and maintenance conditions. Thus, the seller may certify the correct state of maintenance and operation of the good that is the object of the sale by requesting that the manufacturer or its technical services issue a certificate of the state of maintenance and operation of the said good. If this report is negative, i.e. if there is poor maintenance and/or operation of the goods covered by the purchase contract, the buyer may not withdraw from the contract and must pay the seller the cost of the certificate issued by the manufacturer.  

 

REFUNDS

When the return is made (if the withdrawal is exercised), the amount paid for the product plus shipping costs will be refunded. The return costs will be borne by the consumer-user, the deadline for reimbursement will be no later than 14 calendar days and through the same means in which the purchase was made.

Return due to an error in the order by ACLAM: When the product does not correspond to the one ordered, due to an error attributable to the company, the user must notify the company by e-mail as soon as possible; ACLAM shall bear the cost of collecting the product sent in error and delivering the product corresponding to the one ordered.

Verification of returns: The verification and checking of the products to be returned shall be the responsibility of ACLAM which, once at its facilities, shall verify that they are received in compliance with all the established requirements. In the event that any of the elements are missing, we will inform you in writing via email indicating the missing content.

Warranty in the event of a defective product: In the event of a defective product, CAN CINEMATIKS SL (ACLAM) shall proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract (as appropriate), which shall be free of charge for the user. CAN CINEMATIKS SL is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery; the consumer-user must inform CINEMATIKS SL of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
